BiBi Hotel NAHA KUME

We had an unexpected experience upon arrival in Japan, Okinawa since the passport and belongings lost. Your efforts in liaising with the bus company to help me recover my passport and belongings were truly remarkable. Your dedication and willingness to go above and beyond made a significant difference in my trip, and I am deeply grateful for all the effort you put in to ensure everything was resolved smoothly. The location is convenient; it is a 15-minute walk to the bus terminal and monorail stop. The staff was really kind and attentive. The bathroom is gorgeous, new, and very clean.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, I loved the bathrooms- very clean and modern. The location was also good just a 15 minute walk to Kokusai Dori, a 20 minute walk to Tomari Port and a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Room was super clean, quite spacious and very comfortable. So was the bathroom. What surprised me was that, for a japanese building, it was well insulated so temperature stayed the same even without the AC on and the sounds from the corridor/street were not an issue (though keep in mind that I stayed near top floors). Also, unlike many japanese city buildings, here you could actually admire some view from the room (it had a rather spacious balcony, another rarity in Japan!) and check out the neighbourhood from above. Speaking of neighbourhood, it is basically a city center and close to most important things in Naha so good place for venturing out during your first days in Naha and Okinawa in general (ferry port is also not that far and can be reached on foot if you don't have too much luggage with you...otherwise, the bus stop is 2 min away from the hotel). Lady in the lobby was also really nice and tried to explain things as best as she could in japanese.

Staff were very helpful. Location was walking distance to ferry terminal which was handy. Also close to the walking Main Street. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
